While maybe mum and dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbeque facilities.

Living Room

The lounge is a great place to sit and chat about the days events. Quiet time away from the hustle and bustle or to relax after eating in the dining area. A place for adults to talk whilst the children enjoy what this house has to offer. You will find the telephone has free calls to all local numbers.


Internet Access

There is wireless internet in the villa, so sitting in the lounge is away from everything, if you need to use your laptop to catch up on work.


Family Room

The Family Room is an ideal place to gather with family and friends. Chill out and grab a movie which you can hire on site. Enjoy the satellite TV, DVD and surround sound system. Your music CD’s will sound great too as they can be played through the same system.


Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we think you will need to help your vacation run smoothly. Including a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher (because who wants to worry about dishes on vacation), waste disposal, coffee maker (for the morning after), toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Distances to tourist attractions
From Orlando International Airport: Proceed along the Boggy Creek Road for about 3 miles looking out for signs for the 417 Greenway South. The slip road is a small exit just before a flyover. Stay on the 417 Greenway South and continue onto Exit 6 International Drive (you will pass through 2 tolls @ $1 each). As you come off the 417 at Exit 6, International Drive, keep to the left of the road and continue through the first set of lights, at the second set turn left on to the 535 (you will see Buena Vista Villa. A large green complex and a large new hotel, on the right hand side). Continue on the 535 for 1.3 miles going through one set of lights. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Poinciana Boulevard. Follow this road until you reach a busy ‘T’ junction. This is the junction with Highway 192 (Vine Road). Turn left onto the 192 and continue along this road until you get to Medieval Times (just past Marker 14) turning right on the slip road, on to Oren Brown Road for a 100 yards or so (you will come along this road to Wal-Mart). Take the next turning on your left in to North Roma Way which leads to a dead end, with Lake Berkley being on your right, again about 100 yards or so ahead.

From Sandford Airport: After leaving airport terminal follow the signs to Interstate-4 then continue with instructions above.
