The Lounge area has two comfortable sofas in which to relax whilst looking out over your own private pool to the lake beyond. Alternatively you may watch TV, DVD or Videos or listen to music on the Hi-fi. This villa also has Internet Access.

A formal dining area to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away), as well as a breakfast table at the opposite end of the kitchen.

From Orlando International Airport: Proceed along the Boggy Creek Road for about 3 miles looking out for signs for the 417 Greenway South. The slip road is a small exit just before a flyover. Stay on the 417 Greenway South and continue onto Exit 6 International Drive (you will pass through 2 tolls @ $1 each). As you come off the 417 at Exit 6, International Drive, keep to the left of the road and continue through the first set of lights, at the second set turn left on to the 535 (you will see Buena Vista Villa. A large green complex and a large new hotel, on the right hand side). Continue on the 535 for 1.3 miles going through one set of lights. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Poinciana Boulevard. Follow this road until you reach a busy ‘T’ junction. This is the junction with Highway 192 (Vine Road). Turn left onto the 192 and continue along this road until you get to Medieval Times (just past Marker 14) turning right on the slip road, on to Oren Brown Road for a 100 yards or so (you will come along this road to Wal-Mart). Take the next turning on your left in to North Roma Way which leads to a dead end, with Lake Berkley being on your right, again about 100 yards or so ahead.

From Sandford Airport: After leaving airport terminal follow the signs to Interstate-4 then continue with instructions above.
