Pool Area
The swimming pool and spa look out over the golf course, it faces South, just lie on the sun loungers and soak up the sun, the circular table has ample seating around, this is situated under the lanai, under the lanai there is a ceiling fan for even more comfort, there is also a swinging seat, so if the mood takes you, you can sit on the pool deck, swing on the seat and watch the sun set, in style. Entrance
On entering the villa you cannot fail to notice the decor, which is stylish and tasteful, with window treatments, to compliment the furnishings. You look up and there is a galleried landing. Situated off the hallway, away from the living area, there is a double bedroom with a full bathroom next to it; there is a laundry room, with full size washer and separate dryer, and access to the double garage.

Formal TV Lounge
When you enter the Villa, to the left, is this formal style lounge, this room doubles up as a second TV lounge and is next to the formal dining area.

Dining Room
This Dining area is light and the dining table and 6 chairs are next to the kitchen, to ensure entertaining is stress free. This area is finished off with a plush light beige carpet, which gives it a true feeling of luxury.

TV Lounge
This large TV lounge has wrap around settees on 2 of the walls, which gives seating for all; the end part of this seating even has an extended section for someone to really put their feet up. On the wall is a CD and radio, there is a large TV and DVD player, table lamps and side tables are strategically placed for everyoneʼs comfort. Patio doors lead out to the lanai and pool area, these doors are situated between the kitchen area and the TV lounge for ease of use.

Kitchen
This larger than average kitchen is accessed from the dining area and also from the main hallway near the main living area, It is equipped with all the conveniences that you would expect in this quality of Villa. Microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top cooker, Large two door fridge freezer with dispenser in the door for water, crushed ice and ice cubes. There is a centre island, lots of cupboard space, with all the utensils and crockery that you would require, there is a breakfast dining area. Breakfast Nook - This breakfast area has a 6 seater table and dining chairs, next to the kitchen area; this over looks the spa and swimming pool, and is across from the main TV lounge. The tiled floor follows through from the kitchen, which is practical for every day use.

Master Bedroom
This large Master bedroom is furnished with quality furniture; there is an Armoire, which houses the Television and DVD player and stereo outfit. A huge walk in closet, and a large comfortable chair with a matching foot stool, for peace and quiet in the privacy of your own room, decorative plants add the finishing touches to the ambience of this bedroom. Off this room is the master bathroom.

Master En Suite
As you walk from the Master bedroom into the bathroom there are two matching marbles sinks with large mirror above, and theatrical style lighting above, then across the corner is a large oval bath, next to that is a walk in shower. The toilet is a separate room in the bathroom.

This double bedroom is situated on the ground floor next to a full bathroom.

From Orlando International Airport or Sanford: Take south airport exit to 417 (greenway). Head south/west towards Disney until you reach Interstate 4. Head south towards Tampa on I 4. At Exit 55, turn off I 4 onto Highway 27 and head North towards Claremont. In approximately 5 miles you will reach Highlands Reserve on your left. Proceed down Highlands, turn right into North Hampton Drive, proceed along this road and passed the bottom end of the golf course, turn Left into Higher Combe then right into Bonville, 516 is on your right hand side going up the hill.
