The open plan and airy family room faces out on to the South facing pool and extended deck while allowing you to stay in the cool offered by the typical high Florida ceiling with its central fan. This African themed room which enjoys two couches allows you to unwind and relax while either listening to the stereo, watching one of the many cable tv stations or enjoying one of the many films on offer in our extensice DVD collection on our new 32 inch LCD TV.

The house offers two dining areas to suit your mood. A wrought iron set with glass top allows you to dine more informally in the open plan kitchen / family room. The second dining area is designed for slightly more formal meals allowing you to relax after a busy day with a glass of wine and enjoy the ambient and soothing atmosphere - the perfect end to a yet another memorable day in the Florida sun!

The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with just about everything you could need and more for an impromptu meal or full blown feast! It comes with large fridge/freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, cooker, cordless kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, and wine glasses.

The spacious master suite offers an American king size bed, flat screen LCD TV and DVD player and patio doors opening out on to the pool deck for that early morning dip.

Disney themed room with a fabulous hand painted mural over 2 walls depicting several of our favourite Disney characters en route to Cinderella's Castle. The kids and adults alike will be absolutely enthralled ! A 'Mickey' TV and DVD player will ensure the kids are kept entertained.

Newly refurbished with a 7ft pool table, air hockey, table tennis, fussball, darts and, if you are felling really energetic, why not enjoy a game of tennis with the racquets provided. For your comfort, there are fans and bar stools.

The extended and secluded South facing pool deck catches the Florida sun all day long and who can resist cooling off in the 30 x 15 feet pool or luxuriating in the spa? Plenty of pool furniture allows you to dine al fresco or just sit and enjoy another glass of wine while watching the children playing to their hearts content and discussing the highlights of the day and recounting the thrill of the rides!

From Orlando International Airport: Proceed along the Boggy Creek Road for about 3 miles looking out for signs for the 417 Greenway South. The slip road is a small exit just before a flyover. Stay on the 417 Greenway South and continue onto Exit 6 International Drive (you will pass through 2 tolls @ $1 each). As you come off the 417 at Exit 6, International Drive, keep to the left of the road and continue through the first set of lights, at the second set turn left on to the 535 (you will see Buena Vista Villa. A large green complex and a large new hotel, on the right hand side). Continue on the 535 for 1.3 miles going through one set of lights. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Poinciana Boulevard. Follow this road until you reach a busy ‘T’ junction. This is the junction with Highway 192 (Vine Road). Turn left onto the 192 and continue along this road until you get to Medieval Times (just past Marker 14) turning right on the slip road, on to Oren Brown Road for a 100 yards or so (you will come along this road to Wal-Mart). Take the next turning on your left in to North Roma Way which leads to a dead end, with Lake Berkley being on your right, again about 100 yards or so ahead.

From Sandford Airport: After leaving airport terminal follow the signs to Interstate-4 then continue with instructions above.
