First (ground) floor:

• Second living room, with two leather couches and a 42” TV.

Second (upstairs) floor:
• 1st Master Suite: Stunning, large double bedroom with king-size bed, 32” TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, plus its own private balcony with seating area overlooking the pool.

• Twin room with princess theme and two twin (single) beds.

Outside
The home offers guests off-road parking to the front of the property.
To the rear of the property is the wonderful private pool and spa pool. Sun loungers are provided around the pool for guests' use.
A covered outside dining area is located between the pool area and the main living room. Here you'll find a dining table and chairs seating up to eight people. A barbeque is also provided for guests' use.
The pool can be lit at night for evening poolside dining or evening swimming. The pool can be heated for a small charge (currently $30 per night) and we recommend you pay for this extra if you are travelling between October and March.
Local Amenities
The home is located on the prestigious gated resort of the Hamlet in the West Haven community in Davenport. There is a children's playground on the community and several shops and restaurants within a short drive.
The Champions Gate golf resort is less than a mile away and there are ten world-class golf courses in the close vicinity.
Disney World is only 15 minutes away.
Thanks to West Haven's proximity to the I-4 you are also well-placed to explore the wider central Florida region. The Atlantic beaches are around an hour's drive and it is approximately a 90-minute drive to Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.
