I would not hesitate the recommend your company to other people. Had a great time on our holiday, apart from the couple of hiccups with car hire and airline which got sorted out in the end. Must have been seen by a representative of Alamo staff who had a bad day - therefore wouldn't use them again.

We have recently returned from a superb holiday in Florida staying at 683 Eagle Point South.
The property was excellent in every way with no complaints at all, and was ideally suited for our disabled son in his wheelchair.
We will only be too glad to recommend your company in the future.
We are tentatively exploring the possibility of owning our own villa, ideally within the same location of Poinciana Blvd.
We are aware of the price of the properties but would like some advice from yourselves with regard property management and the associated cost and overheads that we would incur.

This was our first visit to Florida and thanks to Kingdom State Villas we had a sensational time. The villa was superb. We had every convenience to hand.
As for Florida, the theme parks were show stopping and surpassed our wildest expectations - not just the children but the adults as well.
I must admit to a few reservations about Kissimee. There is a stretch of the 192 that's a little 'tacky' shall we say.
I would liek to end by saying all our party had a holiday of lifetime and how can we match it next year?

I would certainly recommend Kingdom State Villas to friends.
Everything was great. We did however find that there was no hairdryer so was left one ourselves.
Also it would be helpful for other residents if a notice was placed in the garage for refuse collections as we had to look for bin collection days elsewhere.
Please do not consider this as a complaint because we found the villa wonderful and enjoyed our fortnight immensely.

Thank you for returning our deposit. We most certainly would consider booking your villa again! We very much appreciated how you have gone beyond the “bare necessitiesâ€? by equipping your home with an abundance of glassware, dishes, utensils, the new furniture, the unexpected pool table and air hockey, the new carpeting, the new ceramic tile, the abundant & quality pool furniture, etc, etc...¦
The Air Conditioning situation turned out to be more of an emotional concern than really contributing to any physical discomfort. We just didn’t want to move. We had been “settled in� for almost a week and were thoroughly enjoying your villa when it looked like we might have to move. But thanks to diligence on Steve's part the AC problem was solved. He's a good man. Thank him again from us. Please.
We tried to treat your home actually better than our own, and leave it cleaner than we found it. That’s just how we are. Hope that you will want us back again in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
Just one improvement might be made: could you please encourage a small alligator or two to take up residence in the lake? Small mind you; we don’t want to scare away the ducks that my grandsons enjoyed feeding!

I would just like to let you know that our stay in Florida was absolutely fantastic. I cannot find the words to describe what my family and I thought about the villa - out of this world comes to mind. We were all devastated when the holiday was over - the villa, weather, Orlando itself are all just the best. We have never enjoyed ourselves so much. We would seriously consider living there should funds ever make that possible for us.
You were both extremely friendly and helpful when it was necessary to contact you and couldnt have asked for a better service.

We arrived home last evening from our holiday.We had a wonderful time,the villa was all and more than what we expected.It was nice pretending that was our home for 10 days,100% better than staying in a Hotel.Having our own pool was paradise,the kids were in it constantly.With this being the first time booking a trip like this, I was a little nervous of how it would all come together.Thank you for helping me along the way.All my worries were washed away as soon as we walked through the door of the villa.

First of all my family and I would like to thank you for allowing us to enjoy your rental property over the Christmas holiday. To say we enjoyed it would truely be an understatement. The house was perfect as was the weather!! It is always a little questionable when renting a place without knowing anything about the company, but believe me when I say, it was a wonderful experience. When we had questions about anything, someone was always there to be of help. Our first experience at the house was being greeted by a gecko. The kids were thrilled!! And of course there were the pair of sand lake cranes that announced themselves in the morning. They were very friendly. Everything was perfect!!
Also, thank you for the quick return of our security deposit.
