THE SPACE

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliance’s pots, pans, dinnerware, and a central island with an adjacent breakfast seating area. Patio doors lead from the kitchen/living room area to the south-facing pool and spa with a beautiful lake view.
The family room adjacent to the kitchen has ample seating with a large leather sofa, new large screen TV with surround sound, a DVD player, and a stereo.
Master Suite (ground floor) is an elegant main king master boasting a King-size bed with mattress topper, large flat-screen TV, remote control fan, iPod docking station, and large walk-in closet. The newly renovated en suite bathroom features a vanity unit, corner tub, shower stall, and separate toilet.
A newly renovated half bathroom with vanity and toilet is also on the ground floor along with a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board.
The upstairs floor features a split landing area with a balcony overlooking the high arched ceiling entrance hall and family room.

Please note that since this is a vacation rental and not a hotel, you will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap, but are expected to provide your own food, amenities, and cleaning products beyond what we provide.

POOL HEAT & BBQ
For the private backyard pool and hot tub, guests can choose to pay for heat. The clubhouse pool and spa will be heated and available for your use at no extra charge.
You are welcome to use the barbecue and propane for a one-time fee of $35. Please let us know in advance as last minute requests may incur an extra fee. Please clean any food that is stuck to the grill as you cooked, or an extra $50 cleaning fee is charged.
Parking is free but there is a one-time fee of $20 per car for the whole duration of your stay.
