This wheelchair friendly villa can sleep up to 6 people, has 4 televisions, cable, wireless Internet connection, telephone with free long distance in the US and Canada (For overseas calls, you must purchase a calling card. These are available for a very reasonable price at the nearby Wal-Mart or various other retail outlets.) An iron and ironing board are also provided. The house is equipped with a monitored alarm system and the door to the pool has a child safety security alarm.
The kitchen and both bathrooms now have granite counters with new sinks & faucets.
The inside has been repainted at the same time.
That new furniture has been put in the master bedroom & the Mickey's room, including linen etc...
New ceiling fans, wall to carpeting in family & dining room, wall decoration throughout the villa and a lot more added touch.
Living Room Has ample seating and a 50' TV.
Kitchen Includes s a fridge with ice dispenser and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, cookware, cutlery and new Granite counter tops.
Master Suite With a King-size bed, Flat Screen TV and its own bathroom with a connecting door to the pool. The shower in the master is now equipped with a portable shower chair with removable arm rests

Bedroom 3 Has Twin beds and a 19 Flat screen colour TV & DVD
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the bathroom between them.
The bath tub in the other bathroom has had the sliding glass doors removed and replaced by a curtain. There is now a new shower bench provided. The shower bench is located in the linen closet by the bathroom.
Games Room with a Professional Pool Table.
All linens except beach towels are provided.
If you choose to eat indoors, the dining room has a table for 6 while the kitchen table seats 4. Patio dining is also an option.
Pool Fully-screened 14 x 28 South facing solar heated pool with patio furniture is located in the very private back yard and a large gas BBQ
In the large, two-car garage, you will find the full-sized washer and dryer
The house is now wheelchair friendly to be accessed by entering from the garage to the kitchen. The wheelchair has to entered the home backwards.
The pool area is wheelchair accessible.
The only thing we were not able to provided due to the bathroom's configuration are some grab handles.
