This is a stunning contemporary styled villa situated in Silver Creek, Clermont. Our 5-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 10 people and is located approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just minutes from Disney and all the major Parks and attractions. You will also find many exclusive golf courses making it an ideal destination for a two-family holiday.
Ideally situated just off the US Hwy 27 and the 192 makes this the perfect location. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, banks as well as a pharmacy and one of the largest Super Wal-Marts in the area, and all are less than 5 minutes away. There is also a walk in medical centre within 5 miles.
Great attention has been paid to our home comprising of 2 King-size suites, 1 Queen bedroom and 2 Twin bedded rooms all with flat screen TV’s; two of the Twin bedded rooms having games consoles. Wi-Fi is available. There is a large family/lounge area where you can relax watching the large HD Flat Screen TV whilst the younger generation enjoy the fully equipped games room. There is also a separate stylish dining room for you to enjoy a more formal meal.
For your security, the villa is fitted with the latest ADT alarm system.
Lounge/Family Room
This stylishly designed room with its impressive suite and occasional tables has everything you need to relax. There is a wall-mounted 46” HD TV broadcasting over 150 channels, plus a dvd player and hi-fi system for your entertainment. This area provides direct access to the lanai and pool area by means of sliding patio doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, large oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.
Laundry Facilities
Located on the ground floor, this separate area is equipped with an automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.
Dining Room
Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here. The stylishly furnished dining room has a large table which seats 8 people.
Master Suite 1 (Ground Floor)
A beautifully furnished bedroom with a King size bed, huge walk in closet/dressing room (where you will find a safety deposit box for all your valuables), 32” flat screen TV and ipod/iphone dock/clock radio. The deluxe en-suite has a separate bath and walk in shower and an alarmed door leading to the pool area. As with all our rooms, the attention to detail in decor will have you feeling like a very special guest.
Master Suite 2 (First Floor)
The second master suite is equally as impressive, with a King size bed, huge walk in closet/dressing room with safety deposit box, 32” flat screen TV and ipod/iphone dock/clock radio. The luxury en-suite has a stylish bath and walk in shower.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor)
This room has a Queen bed with bedside cabinets, walk in wardrobe, 26” flat screen TV and has its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor)
Comfortably and elegantly styled, this room has Twin beds, bedside cabinets, large closet, 26” flat screen TV, X Box Kinect games console and shares an en-suite bathroom with the 5th bedroom.
Bedroom 5 (First Floor)
Another beautiful and stylish room furnished with Twin beds, bedside cabinet, large closet, 26” flat screen TV, Play Station 3 and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 4.
Games Room
There’s more fun to be found in the stylishly decorated games room downstairs with a separate air hockey table, foosball table and an electronic dart board.
Pool/Deck Area
This boasts a large 31’ x 16’ South-West facing pool with steps into the shallow end with sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool and separate Jacuzzi at any time. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with a number of loungers and chairs around the table. With a stainless steel Char-Broil infra-red gas grill which is at an extra cost. The pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We recommend this for the period October through March.
The Location
Silver Creek is one of the very few developments of vacation homes that you can drive past without realising it is there, because, like a bashful jewel, it is hidden away from the noise and smell of the heavy traffic of Highway 27.
This quiet location means that there is wonderful bird-life to be seen, especially in the spring. There are also turtles in the ponds and even a local alligator. Fishing is available in the many lakes in the area with species such as Large Mouth Bass, Catfish and Blue Gill in plentiful supply. There is also a Childrens Playground.
There are also many golf courses within 5 miles of Silver Creek and if you like to do a spot of fishing or walking, Lake Louise State Park is just 15 minutes by car. You may prefer to have a break from the parks and take a trip to one of the local vineyards and sample their variety of wines, which is only a 45 minute drive away.
