Pool/Spa & Patio Area
Outside the large south west facing pool and deck offers a fabulous area with no rear neighbours and secluded outlook. The 30ft x 15ft extended pool and spa with 30ft x 40ft extended deck ensures there is enough room (9ft beyond the pool!) for everyone to chill out around the pool and enjoy the day long Florida sunshine right into the evening. Ample sun loungers and chairs will be available.
Pool heating will be available on request and is recommended October to March. Exit from the home to the pool will be alarmed for child safety.
Pool towels will be provided, leaving more room in your suitcase for all your Florida purchases!!
The lanai area gives you the perfect shade should you want it, with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and drinking.
Family Room
For getting together there is the family room with 55" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and sound bar to give “virtual surround sound", with a collection of DVDs/Blu-Rays to enjoy, along with the extended cable offering some 250 channels of TV and music.
Lounge
A perfect place away from the main living area to sit and relax, watch TV or just read a book.
Kitchen
Our well equipped kitchen will contain all you will need for your stay, from large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glass ware and most importantly that bottle opener for those ice cold beers! Leading from the kitchen is an informal dining/breakfast area with table and chairs. From the breakfast area you can exit through the patio doors to the covered lanai and pool area. There is also a laundry room for your convenience, with full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens are provided.
