From sun filled days of fun and excitement visiting the numerous theme parks and attractions to relaxing evenings with family and friends enjoying a party around the pool of your very own private villa- you have the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your holiday to the full, your way. This villa is located within a beautiful golfing community known as Highlands Reserve. For families with children there is also a large communal pool, tennis courts, and a children’s play area located only minutes from your front door!
Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, and Walt Disney World Resort is a short, 15-minute drive from our villa.
Living
The modern family room offers two large sofas and a 52-inch HD TV, equipped with an extended Cable package, HD Recorder, DVD and Hi Fi with IPOD connectivity.
Access to the pool and decking area is through our family room.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware, utensils, server ware- everything you would need to prepare a meal is provided for your use.
Dining
The formal dining area boasts an attractive dining space for 6 guests. There is also a more informal breakfast nook which seats 6 guests for a quick meal.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, double dresser, a TV with cable programming and enjoys its own private en-suite bathroom.
The second Master bedroom offers a King size sleigh bed, flat screen cable TV and DVD player and offers a relaxing retreat at the end of a fast-paced day.
Our remaining rooms comfortably offer the choice of a Queen size bed, two twin beds and Full size bed
All of these rooms have easy access to the choice of 2 full bathrooms.
All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD Player. The Queen size room boasts a new Flat Screen TV and Xbox 360 with wireless controllers and a selection of games.
The villa is fully Air-Conditioned with all rooms having ceiling fans for added comfort.

Our Master bathroom offers a Double sink vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate sunken bath, and WC.
Our second Master Bathroom offers access onto the pool deck area. It has a WC, a single sink, and standard shower over tub combination.
