This beautiful modern south-facing villa can be found situated within the tranquil surroundings of the prestige secure gated community of Watersong. This fully landscaped community offers a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting theme parks and attractions.
Watersong offers the best of all worlds being located less than 10 minutes’ drive from I-4, making the gorgeous white sandy beaches just over an hour’s drive away. There are several award-winning golf courses nearby and the magic of Disney is still only 15/20 minutes away.
As you enter the villa there is an open-plan space which includes the kitchen, dining area and lounge. All of the rooms have been freshly painted in March 2018 which gives a light and spacious feeling to this luxurious home. A monitored alarm system is fitted for your peace of mind and there is free use of our combination lock safe which is provided for your valuables.
The kitchen is complete with everything you may need and is fitted with an island unit with 2 bar stools. There is a ceramic top range and self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator which has an ice and filtered water dispenser.
Should you need to do any laundry there is a washing machine, dryer and iron provided.
The formal dining area is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, everything for a family meal with extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. There is also a table and chairs provided on the pool deck if you choose to eat outside in the Florida sun by our sparkling pool.
The lounge has comfortable furnishings where the family can relax together and watch cable TV. A telephone for local calls and high speed broadband are also provided. There are large sliding doors opening onto the pool deck where you can step out onto the south-facing lanai, the perfect spot for al-fresco dining or just a little shade before you go onto the sun-soaked pool deck.
The view from the private pool area is onto the protected conservation and is surrounded by woodlands and natural lakes. There is a 30’ x 14’ pool with a raised spa pool. The surrounding pool deck has been extended and is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and bugs out, this will not affect your tan in any way. There is a door giving direct access from the pool to a bathroom so that you can dry off before entering the main house. There is also a safety fence provided to prevent access by young children; this can be just part-opened or fully removed if not required. Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to those evening swims and there are no neighbours to the rear of the pool.
The first master bedroom overlooks the pool and is complete with a Queen-size bed, TV and ceiling fan. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom.
The second master also has a Queen-size bed ,TV, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have Twin beds and walk-in wardrobes with one of them decorated in a Disney theme. Both rooms have direct access to a shared full en-suite bathroom.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The garage has been converted to provide a games room with a pool table and table football.
Within the gated community there is a Clubhouse and a large communal pool, children’s play area, indoor gym, volleyball court and much more. All of these facilities are available free of charge to all our guests for the duration of their stay in our villa
