The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites), is fully air conditioned, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The bed sizes are as follows 2 bedrooms each with 2 Twin beds, 2 Queens, and 1 King. There is a balcony that stretches the full width of the house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house. There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and games room fully equipped with pool table and air hockey and basket ball game. Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa. The house faces South so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming and spa all day long. The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families travelling with children. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air-conditioned utility room and include a washing machine and tumble dryer (which means you can get the laundry done before travelling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous). Our home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively, it’s a perfect base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the Spa.
