Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax when not seeing the sights of the area.
Recently completed a full refurbishment with all new furniture and decor throughout. Outside the pool is newly resurfaced and tiled, we have added new furniture for relaxing and dining under the lanai. Stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Enjoy your own large private pool, with in ground spa, which sits to the rear of the large pool area where there is plenty of space for loungers to enjoy the sunshine, and the most important privacy and a water/conservation view.
If it gets too warm you can relax under the large covered lanai with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The outdoor furniture is super comfortable - you can enjoy chatting with friends and family, listening to music or watching the outdoor TV.
The outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs gives extra seating and space to enjoy dining alfresco. Our large Gas BBQ (included in your rate) is set up as an outdoor kitchen for the Griller amongst you to cook up a tasty meal.
Inside you will find two sitting rooms
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. It has a fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond.
All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!
Bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, comfortable matresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective encasements. Smart TV's throughout enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closset and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub
Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closset and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents -this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds, these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the game room – air conditioned for comfort – the pool table, air hockey and table to enjoy board or card games will be a great hit with everyone. Large TV to enjoy music or watch sports.
Our home features Fast Fibre internet, house alarm, pool door alarms and pool safety fence if required.
Emerald Island is beautiful, well maintained, secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in pool area, Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini golf, a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks
Situated right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5 minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration around 15 minutes
The community has a new 7 day trash service.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost.
For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two high chairs and stair gates. All pool doors are alarmed.
We provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.
Our home is pet friendly - we accept dogs - $50 fee per dog, maximum 2, please advise at time of booking.
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am - would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out please enquire, charges may apply
Emerald Island community require all cars to purchase a $20 car pass - we provide 2 passes included in your rental, extra passes can be purchased on line or at the club house on arrival. Two cars can be parked on the driveway and a further 3 cars on the roadway.
• Note : For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with 3 security cameras:
• 1. Ring doorbell at the front door; 2. Camera facing driveway; 3. Camera facing the pool equipment. All cameras are activated by motion and records video and audio.
• For your privacy there are no cameras or video recorders are located inside the home or on the pool area.
